Phoebe was not entirely happy with the plan but they seemed to be out of options, damn it. She too made sure the conversation was going unheard.
“Yeah right you are really treating me to a fuckin’ great night out boss, I don’t remember the last time I had so much fun. Still at least I have not been shot at yet.” The gaian smiled, it was obvious she really didn’t mind being here.
“You take the lead boss, I’ll do what needs doing…one thing though we find out the name and we make sure we go to the funeral, make sure we give them the right send off. Even if its in the background.” She was serious about this it appeared; after all it was something important to the way she had been brought up.
The girl wondered if perhaps the lack of respect for the dead was the reason for so many ghosts.

You're lecturing a Silent Stride about respect for the dead?
One eyebrow raises:
"It's a good death. Start to finish."
Seth leans on the door and taps smartly on the glass, looking though. As the nurse looks up he looks her right in the eye and lets out a little of the animal.

The nurse looks up from her book and meets Seth's eye, curious to see what the strange man is doing outside her ward. Not seeing any immediate reason to take interest, she looks back down at her book.
A few seconds pass before she looks back up again to see if he's still there, and seeing him watching she looks away again and focuses on the various life-sign monitors. She continues glancing up every few seconds at the door, but doesn't look to Seth like she's about to do anything more.

With the insistent tapping, the nurse comes to the door and looks through it at him. Looking quite uncertain, she clears her throat and speaks through the door. "Yes, can I help you?" Seth couldn't see any signs of his lures having any effect.
But then, Seth is about as good at reading emotions as a concussed pidgeon. Phoebe, now she's able to see the nurse up close, is much more able to pick up on the little hints of body language that suggest she's really struggling with some urges. It might be the fact she's at work in a room full of people that are likely to drop dead that's holding her back.

Phoebe nodded encouragement at Seth. Was the guy blind? He likely just needed to press his advantage, he certainly had her attention. “Go on boss. Find that usual charm.” She whispered. The gaian carried on waiting to see if his luck was in tonight in more ways than one.
If this didn’t work after all responsibility may well come before pleasure they would have to find another way. Phoebe wracked her brain trying to think of idea’s. Right about now Uncle Bob would be useful, he could usually get hold of anything…but dammit he was in Exeter and was likely asleep, anyway it would take too long.

Phoebe wracked her brain, she was trying to think of ways to get around the security and that was not easy, wild and convoluted thoughts came to mind. She looked up at Seth, if nothing else they might make him laugh.
“If you are not happy with Nursey in there and a roll in the fuckin’ laundry basket. We could wait till shift change, or wait till normal folks visit and deal with it then or you could say you are a visitor or bite the buttet and tell her you are a visitor now, I mean poeple work shifts. That or cut up my bloody ear again, then take me to A and E, maybe that way we can get some sort of pass …”
The gaian wrinkled her nose, “The last option is almost as bad with finding a male nurse.”

Following phoebe's train of thought, seth has to shake his head at the last option. There was no way he'd do that. Self mutilation was rarely the best solution to any situation.
Oookay, he needed to get in, at least get the door open. A good old misunderstanding might get him that far. Too quietly for his voice to make it clearly through the door:
"Can I get in please I'm here to visit."
He's hoping she'd be interested enough to open up and hear him out.

The nurse leans closer to the door to try to hear, but doesn't show any sign of opening up. Seth just doesn't seem like the trustworthy type. She speaks up through the door again. "I'm sorry I can't hear you."

For the love of Gaia! Couldn't she just open the damn door and get fucked? Images of shifting to Crinos and tearing the door off it's hinges flit through Seth's mind, but he closes his eyes and pushes them away. It would be neither big, nor clever.
A little louder, but still not really enough to get through the door well: "I'm a visitor."
He's hoping that raw animal sexiness can overcome his inherent untrustworthinness. Surely it had to be hard to be suspicious when all that's on your mind was sex? Mind you, being a man Seth finds it a challenge to multitask at the best of times.

She clears her throat, a subtle sign to Phoebe of her continued discomfort talking to this unusually enticing man, and replies. "I wasn't informed of any visitors, who are you here to see?" Apparently she can lip read well enough to work out 'visitor'.

Phoebe tried to stop Seth on his way, "I'm really fuckin' sorry I was no bloody help, I could try crying at the window or something, and try to get directions..."
"I dont know but if you think its better to just leave..."
To be honest if this person was supposed to die the Gaian actually wanted it to happen.
"We are going to have to bloody come back yeah know, we cant leave someone like that

Seth shakes his head and the frustration of the moment leaves him. It had been himself he'd been angry at.
"Not your fault. Not anyones. C'mon, let's find a place to sit and have a think together."
Seth continues walking, aiming for a quiet spot outside of the hospital grounds, but within view. Once there, they could talk a little more freely.
"We might have gone about this the wrong way. Could be the next thing we try is to get some nurses or cleaners clobber."
He scans about the street for passers-by, lowering his tone if any pass close. He can imagine what the place must look like at shift change, full of tired night-staff walking home with passes and uniforms.

"Its right, we need to get some sort of disguise and you would look just lovely dressed up as a naughty nurse." Phoebe grinned up at Seth, "I mean maybe we could try breaking into the nurses quarters, you go into one of there rooms? That has to be better than fucking mugging someone?"
"You sure this spirit os not jackin' you about, for fucks sake its got you jumping through bloody hoops ...and didn't you save its skinny arse? But what do I know."
She chuckled again, "So do you think the nurses quarters might be an idea?"

Still keeping an eye out for passers-by:
"All we need is a couple of sets of scrubs and a passkey. Like I said, I can pass for a doctor if I need to. The Winchester Gaians did a god job of teaching me to put people back together. At least outside of the hospital we can get in places through the Umbra. Fewer Spiders."
Seth seems of two minds as he continues, he's sorely tempted to go straight back to the Caern and try to get co-operation from the spirit, but he's mindful of the benefits of dealing generously. He's in a quandry.
"He's not jacking me around. It's just that I've not been a good boy these past few years. Without a good reputation I've got to work twice as hard as any other Theurge.
He might agree to the binding as we are, but you said it yerself, we should give this poor bugger a good death if we can, and it would help my case if we did. I'm tempted to go back now and make my case, then come back for another try tomorrow night. Fuck it, let's do that. Then we can start fresh on this another night."
It's evident that Seth seems to have a problem with internal monologue, instead letting his mental process come out verbally.

"Not a good reputation, for fucks sake, if I thought you were a bad'un do yeah think I would have followed you where I did? Jesus fuckin' Christ. Whats done is bloody done. We all make mistakes. Yeah think me Da's always been a pillar of the community? "Damn but that pisses me off." She did frown, "Your my boss and I tell yeah if anyone gives you shit ..." There was a pause and then a smile. "I'll set Vaydra on them, that or Boff after he's eaten something from the bin." The girl knew her fighting skills were not up to much and as usual made a joke of it. Still the sentiment was there.
As far as Phoebe was concerned she could give Seth as much shit as she liked but woe betide anyone outside the pack that did. That was family, that was pack.
"Look whatever yeah want to do is fuckin' fine by me, I'll try and help," she too was looking out and considering possibilities.
